Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 25,000 to Rp 50,000. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, incorrect odds display, or software bug, bos4d reserves the right to void affected bets and correct Account balances. If a game malfunctions during play, affected wagers will be refunded. Users are required to report any suspected errors or malfunctions immediately.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to completion of wagering requirements for active bonuses). Accounts closed by User request cannot be reopened.
